Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Head, located in New Delhi. The Regional Head will oversee regional operations in North India, lead and manage teams, develop business strategies, and ensure organizational growth in alignment with company objectives. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, driving sales, overseeing resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. Qualifications - Team leadership and management skills, including the ability to mentor and lead a diverse team effectively - Business strategy development, sales planning, and revenue generation expertise - Strong communication and relationship management skills to build and maintain client relationships - Understanding of insurance brokerage and related industry practices - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex scenarios - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is considered an advantage - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools - Ability to work in a hybrid work environment combining on-site and remote tasks
