Job Description Looking for a passionate and goal-driven Relationship Manager (Home Loan Sales - DSA) You'll work closely with a network of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to drive home loan sales, build strong customer relationships, and ensure a smooth loan process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: 1.Sales & Business Development: - Achieve home loan sales targets through DSAs. - Onboard new DSAs and expand the network. - Support DSAs with sales strategies and lead conversion. 2.Customer Relationship Management: - Build long-term relationships with home loan customers. - Handle queries, ensure satisfaction, and coordinate for smooth loan approvals. 3.Loan Process Management: - Guide DSAs with documentation and compliance. - Coordinate with credit and processing teams for quick disbursements. 4.Market Knowledge & Reporting: - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. - Track team performance, maintain CRM records, and ensure compliance. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduate (preferred in Finance, Sales, or Marketing). Experience: 23 years in Home Loan Sales or Financial Product Sales. Prior experience managing DSAs or Sales Teams is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and loan processing software.
