**Panobiz Business Technologies Pvt.Ltd.**, is into Sales Management for a leading private sector bank, and we are looking for a **Sales Executive - Home Loan** to be part of our management team.

To drive Home loan sales for assigned regions.

**Position: Sales Executive -Home Loan**

**Exp : 1 to 5 yrs in Home loan (Preferred experience selling Home loan products of banks and NBFC.**
**Notice Period : 30 Days**
**Location: Bangalore (No relocation Preferred)**

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets for HL products.
- Builder relationships to be established and business generated.
- Manage HL/LAP through Direct Sales Teams
- Empanelment of new Builder and DST in the market
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers, including individuals, businesses, and builders, to generate leads and drive business growth.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
- Responsible to travel within assigned territory/area for disbursing loans as per the process.
- Responsible for lead generation through existing and new Customers/database.
- Responsible for Productivity and Revenue Generation
- Building long term relationship with Customer for future business
- Responsible for strict adherence to Process, Policy, Guidelines laid by the Organization..

- Achieve sales targets
- Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries
- Develop new relationships with customers to increase revenue and accounts
