Job Description We are hiring Business Development Managers (BDM) for Client Acquisition We are looking for dynamic professionals with 23 years of experience in B2B client acquisition, particularly in dealing with corporate. This is an individual contributor (IC) role where the candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end client acquisition cyclefrom networking and lead generation to pitching presentations, negotiations, on boarding, and business proposal closures. Key Requirements: Strong communication skills in English Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Willingness to meet clients in person for closures Prior experience in the insurance sector preferred Candidates from Banca or Agency development backgrounds will not be considered. Candidates only from service industry. Open Positions: 4 (North, East, West, and South Bangalore) Each BDM will handle client acquisition and sales closures within their respective zone. Work Model: Hybrid Compensation: Salary up to 8 LPA Incentives: 12% 25% of revenue generated Additional benefits: Health Insurance + Travel Allowance Interview Process: 1.
