Role Description The Associate Vice President (AVP) - Sales (B2B) plays a pivotal role in driving business growth at FACE Prep. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, managing client accounts, formulating and implementing sales strategies, and driving business development. The AVP-Sales will lead a team, establish partnerships, and create initiatives to expand the organization's presence and reach in the industry. Qualifications - Expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations to drive revenue and manage the sales process effectively. - Experience in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure sustained partnerships. - Proven track record in Business Development and an ability to identify new opportunities and grow market presence. - Strong leadership skills to lead teams and execute strategies successfully. - Should own 4-wheeler and valid license and willing to travel extensively. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. - Experience in the education or EdTech industry is highly desirable. - Prior Experience in Edtech sector will be added advantage. Immediate joiners who can reliably commute or relocate to Coimbatore only can apply. Laptop is mandatory. Location: Coimbatore
