Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Jalna. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, explaining the various home loan products, addressing customer queries, and assisting in the loan application process. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular market research and analysis will also be part of the daily tasks. Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in sales, particularly in housing finance or real estate - Ability to understand and explain financial products - Excellent customer service and relationship management skills - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred - Familiarity with Jalna's real estate market is a plus - Proficiency in local languages is an advantage
