This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 4 years Location: Bengaluru, Bangalore JobType: full-time We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to lead outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for the North American market. In this role, you will connect with enterprise-level decision-makers, identify qualified opportunities, and play a critical role in supporting revenue growth. Location: In-office, 5 days a week – Bangalore Requirements Key Responsibilities - Proactively engage prospects across North America through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels to generate meaningful conversations. - Qualify leads by identifying business challenges, decision-making structures, and sales opportunities. - Conduct market and account research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and regional dynamics. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunity stages in HubSpot. - Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth lead transition and improved conversion rates. Requirements - 4+ years of SDR experience focused on the North American region within a B2B SaaS environment. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior enterprise stakeholders. - Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling. - Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. - Results-oriented mindset with strong time management and the ability to operate independently. - Strong research and analytical skills to understand prospect needs and industry trends.
