With over 10,000 satisfied guests and a handpicked collection of 1,000+ villas, we focus on delivering seamless, personalized, and memorable vacation experiences. We also operate another brand, Ukiyo Solutions, a hospitality-tech and marketing solutions company that supports Stay Ukiyo and other travel-focused ventures. Ukiyo Solutions enables growth through technology, creative strategy, and operational excellence. Job Description: Villa Specialist Type: Work from Office Location: Chembur, Mumbai Timings: 10:30am - 7pm Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Client Aquisition: - Identify and reach out to prospective clients including villa owners, travel agents, influencers, and corporate groups - Generate and convert leads via outbound calls, emails, and networking Maintain and update CRM with lead status and follow-ups Villa Onboarding and Relationship Management: - Coordinate with villa owners for onboarding and documentation - Maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction - Gather property details, pricing, images, and terms for listings. Sales Pitch and Closing: - Conduct sales calls and virtual/in-person meetings to present Stay Ukiyo's offerings - Negotiate terms and close high-value partnerships ano villa listings - Represent the brand in a professional, value-driven manner Collaboration with Internal Teams: - Work closely with guest relations, content, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding - Ensure listings are optimized and partners are supported post-signing Market and Competitor Research: - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and guest preferences - Identify new opportunities for growth across destinations and property types. Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain sales trackers, contracts, and deal logs - Provide weekly and monthly sales updates to the reporting manager Qualifications: Proficiency Lead Generation Strong Business and Account Management skills Excellent Communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Job Details Employment- Full-time Industry- Hospitality
