Your Role
As a Senior Specialist you will lead projects related to enhancing the overall guest experience and will be responsible for executing high-level guest engagement strategies. You will also oversee the specialist team and report on key performance metrics.
About You
Lead Implementation of Guest Experience Improvement Projects.
Supervise and Mentor Specialists in the Department.
Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams.
Prepare and Present Reports on Guest Experience Metrics
Facilitate communication between teams to address guest needs effectively.
Compile and analyse data related to guest satisfaction and service quality.
Present findings and recommendations to management to drive strategic decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
4-5 years of hands-on experience in the same field.
Bonus Points - these are nonessential, but a bonus if you have them
Self owned two wheeler and Ready to travel.
