**Your Role**

As an **Executive - Stay Executive**, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Your focus will be on understanding guest preferences, addressing requests, and resolving minor issues

**About You**
- 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or guest service role, with a focus on personalised service.
- Manage daily guest interactions, ensuring timely and efficient responses to guest requests.
- Communicate directly with guests to understand preferences and deliver personalised services.
- Resolve guest queries and minor grievances professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in implementing guest delight programs and initiatives.
- Conduct quality checks on property readiness prior to guest arrival.

- Access to a personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler for added flexibility in service.
