Your Role

As a Senior Specialist Photographer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a cohesive content strategy aligned with marketing objectives. Your primary responsibilities include planning and managing high-quality photo and video shoots, ensuring all visual content adheres to brand guidelines. You will oversee post-production, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain a consistent content schedule, and manage vendor relationships. This role also requires managing content-related documentation, invoices, and reporting while contributing to editorial direction and enhancing the overall content quality across platforms.

About You

• Manage a team of photographers, editors & stylists
• Strong knowledge of photo/video editing tools, compression techniques, and content formatting.
• Proficient in managing schedules, coordinating photoshoots, and working with cross-functional teams and TAT.
• Knowledge on post-processing and content creation.
• Familiarity with MIS, P&L, and reporting processes.
• Assigning daily tasks to team and making weekly reports on tasks.
• A creative mindset with a strong editorial sense and an eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage vendors and ensure seamless project execution.
• Build and maintain a network of reliable vendors for photography services and equipment rentals to ensure seamless execution of shoots.
• Minimum 5+ years of work experience
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.

• Experience in Hospitality, Real Estate, or Luxury Lifestyle Shoots
