Were now looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment at our India locations, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to fuel our growth.

Role &Responsibilities

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles: draft JDs, source candidates, conduct screenings, and manage offer negotiations.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, campus drives, and employee referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and decision criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics in ATS/HRIS, generating regular reports for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and diversity & inclusion best practices throughout the recruitment cycle.

Skills &Qualifications

Must-Have

- 01 years of hands-on experience in full-lifecycle recruitment for non-IT positions.
- Proven track record sourcing candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and campus/employee referral programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in ATS/HRIS management and hiring metrics.
- Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance standards, and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment with multiple concurrent hiring needs.

Preferred

- Experience recruiting for technology or engineering functions as a plus.
- Prior exposure to employer branding initiatives and social-media recruitment campaigns.
