Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at our HSR Layout office in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, permanent onsite role focused on Domestic recruitment.

Note- F2F Interview is mandatory.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and demonstrate the ability to source and engage top talent for various roles. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates through strategic sourcing and effective communication.

- Key Responsibilities: Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Source qualified candidates through various job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Monster.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across different skill sets and domains.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely and professional communication.

- Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment and talent sourcing
- Strong knowledge of major job portals including LinkedIn, Naukri, and Monster
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
