Job Description:
Role: We are looking for a driven and process-oriented HR to lead full-cycle hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring processes across diverse functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical (Engineering, Product, Data) and non-technical roles (Customer Success, Sales, Support, Marketing, HR, etc.)
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other innovative channels
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across levels and functions
- Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection with internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update accurate candidate records
- Drive a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Monitor hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and funnel performance
What Were Looking For
- 23 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to both tech and non-tech hiring
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment is a strong plus
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, etc.)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills
- Proactive, data-driven, and goal-oriented mindset
- Bachelor&aposs degree required; MBA in HR is a plus
