Job Description

Key responsibilities of an HR Recruiter in our Navi Mumbai team:

- End-to-End Recruitment for Bulk Hiring: Manage the recruitment process for high-volume hiring within customer service and operations teams, ensuring top talent is quickly identified and onboarded.
- Sourcing Candidates:Leverage job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and walk-ins to find qualified candidates for operational roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Screening and Interviewing:Conduct initial screenings and telephonic interviews and schedule walk-in drives for shortlisted candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and coordinate workforce planning.
- Recruitment Campaigns and Job Fairs:Organize and manage recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and hiring events to attract a diverse pool of potential candidates.
- Onboarding and Documentation:Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, handling all necessary documentation and compliance tasks.
- Recruitment Databases and Reports: Maintain and update recruitment databases, track candidate progress, and generate detailed recruitment reports for management.
