Job Summary Were looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to strengthen our recruitment engine and build outstanding IT teams. This role offers hybrid flexibility and the chance to grow in a tech-forward environment. Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (from screening to onboarding) - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements - Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases - Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor mining to expand our partner network - Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure seamless candidate experience - Maintain and update candidate database and track recruitment pipeline - Prepare reports and dashboards for hiring progress and vendor performance Required Skills - 15 years of experience in domestic IT hiring - Strong candidate sourcing and screening expertise - Solid understanding of tech stacks, IT roles, and hiring trends - Experience in vendor coordination and vendor mining - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office tools Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in fast-paced or startup environments - Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with accuracy and speed Drop your resume or refer someone amazing #TechHiring #RecruitmentJobs #TalentAcquisition #InnowrapTechnologies #HiringNow #MumbaiJobs #HybridJobs #CareerOpportunity
