Job Description Job Description: Talent Acquisition Executive Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Industry: IT Staffing & Recruitment About the Rol eWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in IT staffing for GCC clients. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals from India for contract positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, understands GCC market dynamics, and can consistently deliver high-quality candidates within tight timelines . Key Responsibiliti - esManage end-to-end recruitment for GCC IT requirements: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closin - g.Partner with TA managers to understand client needs and provide daily updates on candidate pipeline - s.Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, InstaHyre, referrals, and networking group - s.Build and maintain active talent pipelines for high-demand IT skills (Java, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, SAP, etc. - ).Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure alignment with GCC compensation structure - s.Track and achieve recruitment KPIs: submittals, interviews, offers, closures, and revenue impac - t.Maintain an updated candidate database/ATS to ensure quick turnaround on client requirement s.Requiremen - ts0.6-1.6 years of IT recruitment experience in a staffing/consulting firm (not just corporate HR - ).Education Background: B.Tech/B.E(Non-Negotiabl - e)Proven track record in GCC IT hiring (contract staffing - ).Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with expertise in Boolean searches and multiple platform - s.Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skill - s.Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work under tight client deadline s.Preferred Skil - lsExperience with ATS systems and recruitment dashboard - s.Exposure to cross-border staffing (India GCC mobilisation - ).Strong networking in IT talent communitie s.
