Required Skills: - Proven experience in Account Management or similar roles. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks. - Strong analytical skills to understand customer behavior and industry trends. - Proficiency in CRM for maintaining accurate customer records. - Ability to resolve complaints and enhance the customer experience. - Flexible to work in shifts.
