Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Head retail/ modern trade/ rice sales in Eastern India
- Develop strategy to introduce our brands in new markets
- Develop strategy to increase sales in existing markets
- Be responsible for the p/l of packed rice sales
- Track performance of our brands compared to other brands in the market
- Adapt constantly to the changing requirements of the consumers & the market.
- Communicate with the production teams on requirements of sales teams in different regions
- Be responsible for overall sales operations.

Essential Skills:

- Significant experience in rice/ packed product sales in Eastern India
- Need enough business acumen to develop strategies for increased sales
- Need to have entrepreneurial & risk taking ability
- Strong knowledge in costing and P&L
- Strong managerial & team handling skills
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Must be proficient in Hindi.
