Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, located in Kolkata. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel and resort, ensuring excellent guest services, managing staff performance, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Key responsibilities include budgeting, financial management, marketing strategies, and enhancing guest satisfaction. The General Manager will lead various departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

  • Experience with budgeting, financial management, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies and customer service management
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
