This role is for one of Weekday s clients Min Experience 2 years Location Bengaluru JobType full-time Requirements Key Responsibilities Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across various digital channels including but not limited to SEM paid social display advertising and affiliate marketing Plan execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns to meet KPIs such as CAC CPA ROAS and conversion rates Conduct keyword research audience targeting and ad copy optimization to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI Monitor campaign performance analyze key metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement Utilize data analytics tools and attribution models to track campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product design and content to develop compelling marketing assets and landing pages that drive conversions Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify growth opportunities and best practices Manage relationships with external vendors agencies and partners to execute campaigns and drive results Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with advertising guidelines and industry standards Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising Business or related field 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and customer acquisition preferably in the fintech or financial services industry Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels with a strong understanding of SEM paid social display advertising and affiliate marketing Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads and programmatic advertising platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets draw actionable insights and make data-driven decisions Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics Adobe Analytics or similar platforms Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Certifications in digital marketing platforms e g Google Ads Facebook Blueprint are a plus
