The ideal candidate will be a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader with proven experience in driving user acquisition, optimizing budgets, and improving ROI through data-driven insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and affiliate networksDrive growth, lead generation, and user acquisition across digital platformsLead budget planning, channel mix optimization, and forecastingManage and mentor a team of digital marketers and external agenciesOversee A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimizationTrack and analyze key metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and present actionable insights to leadershipCollaborate with product, design, and content teams to align campaigns with business goalsStay ahead of emerging digital marketing tools, trends, and best practicesRequirements5+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership roleProven success in scaling digital campaigns and optimizing ROIStrong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics toolsExperience in Fintech, Consumer Apps, OTT, Gaming, or Startup environments is mandatoryExcellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
