ABOUT BRANDCREST HOLDINGS GROUP BrandCrest Holdings is a diversified business group committed to building agile high-impact brands across India s evolving business landscape We operate through two key verticals AdCrest - Our full-stack advertising and marketing powerhouse offering services across brand activations OOH transit influencer video and digital marketing under specialized sub-brands FinCrest - Our financial advisory and compliance services vertical delivering tax consulting regulatory guidance virtual CFO solutions and business finance strategy to startups and enterprises JOB SUMMARY This is a full-time on-site role as a Performance Marketing located in Bengaluru As a Performance Marketing at AdCrest FinCrest you will have hands-on experience in planning executing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive user acquisition engagement and ROI You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all campaigns meet business objectives leverage data-driven insights and continuously improve performance through experimentation and analysis KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan execute and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads Meta Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Ads YouTube and programmatic platforms Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve key performance metrics CPA ROAS CTR conversion rates etc Conduct keyword research audience segmentation and A B testing to identify the best-performing campaigns and creatives Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics Meta Business Manager Data Studio or other analytics tools Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends ad policies and best practices Prepare regular reports on campaign performance insights and recommendations for improvement Work closely with sales product and growth teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals SPECIFICATION Qualification Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field Experience 2-3yrs of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on marketing automation tools and a strong knowledge on SEO and CRO principles Certifications such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint will be a plus Location JP Nagar Bangalore Shift Day Shift Requirements QUALIFICATION 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads Meta Ads and at least one additional channel LinkedIn YouTube or programmatic Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and data-driven decision-making Proficiency with Google Analytics Tag Manager and data visualization tools e g Looker Studio Power BI Experience with conversion tracking remarketing and pixel management Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Benefits PERKS BENEFITS Glass Door Work Culture Mentorship Flexible Hours Casual Wear Except for Client facing Employees Refreshment Parking Compensatory Offs Travel Expense Reimbursement Accidental Insurance Health Insurance Company Retreats Team Building Events ESOPs Perks from Client Networking Conference Job Training
