We're hiring a General Manager – HR for a mid-sized, high-growth Indian manufacturing firm in the building materials sector.

This role is succession-ready — you'll transition into Head HR within 6–8 months.

What You Must Bring

- 20–25 years of full-time HR experience (17+considered if the rest is exceptional)
- Proven Sales HR track record – strategy + execution (non-negotiable)
- Promoter-led company experience (non-negotiable)
- Industry background in FMCG, Building Materials, or Engineering/Manufacturing (no other sectors will be considered)
- Plant HR / IR exposure is a strong plus

Role Snapshot

- Partner with leadership to drive salesforce effectiveness, capability building, and retention
- Oversee plant HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
- Build succession pipelines and strengthen organisational culture for growth
- Lead a team across multiple geographies
