Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hiring Manager to lead and manage large-scale recruitment efforts for our business requirements.


This role requires a strategic mindset and operational efficiency in driving bulk hiring, optimizing timelines, improving candidate quality, and strengthening recruitment processes across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end hiring for blue-collar positions with high-volume targets.
  • Monitor and improve monthly hiring quantity and ensure saturation of key roles.
  • Enhance fill rates using rolling check mechanisms.
  • Ensure timely onboarding of personnel from requisition date.
  • Maintain optimal candidate pipeline health and bench stock for staff.
  • Execute regional hiring drives, job fairs, and collaborate with local channels for sourcing.
  • Innovate and implement new sourcing strategies and recruitment channels for outreach.
  • Conduct vendor management and performance evaluations for third-party agencies.
  • Build and lead a team of recruiters; monitor performance, train, and mentor team members.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business demands and align recruitment metrics accordingly.
