Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional (Sales) Head to lead digital initiatives and drive online revenue for our retail business too. This role is responsible for creating and implementing digital sales strategies across multiple digital platforms, and leading digital transformation efforts to enhance customer experience and boost Agencies / Brand sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving digital advertising sales for AdoMantra
- Growing the existing business and adding additional clients
- Expertise in Programmatic & Online Media Sales (Desktop + Mobile)
- Knowing and quickly connecting with all major media buying agencies to be able to liaison with them on a daily basis
- Manage key accounts end to end, from acquisition, negotiation, on - boarding and client servicing.
- Owning revenue targets and pushing for them actively.
- Maintaining client relations independently along with daily campaign monitoring and recommending improvements
- Understanding client needs and customizes solutions and service offerings and pricing to achieve acquisition and revenue targets
- Pushing internal stakeholders in the company on new inventory, solutions etc. to grow the business
- Acquire and meet with key clients across the sales lifecycle and maintain the healthy pipeline, ensure client satisfaction, work with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery.
- Build relationships with the clients and digital agencies + content teams in key agency networks to sell indigital/ video advertising and content solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital sales and e-commerce, with at least 3-7 years in a leadership role within the digital sales , Ad Network , agency (fashion, FMCG, electronics, or consumer goods preferred).
- Proven track record of driving revenue and customer engagement through digital platforms.
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and digital marketing channels.
- Strong business acumen and experience managing digital P&L.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Major focus on revenue and building brand .
