Sales Head

As a Sales Head, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for the organization. You will play a crucial role in formulating sales strategies, setting targets, and overseeing the implementation of sales plans across different regions or markets. You will manage all sales team region wise i.e Haryana, Rajasthan and Delhi NCR HO mainly. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring the team is motivated, adequately trained, and equipped to meet their objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:-
Strategy Development:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's objectives and lead to the achievement of revenue goals.
Team Leadership:-Manage and lead the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best performance.
Sales Operations:- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, monitor performance metrics, and implement improvements as needed to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Market Analysis:- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Use insights to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. (i.e Doctors Hospital and sub dealer partners and Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.)
Collaboration:- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Reporting and Analysis:- Monitoring the sales performance and Prepare regular sales reports forecasts for senior management. Analyse data to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Head or in a similar senior sales role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends data.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., in sales management) may be advantageous.
