We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Head to lead our expansion efforts across
multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & implement sales strategies for eCommerce, corporate gifting, export markets, and franchise expansion .
Build and manage strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Lead and mentor the sales team , ensuring targets are met.
Oversee market research & competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
Represent Nirvana Organic at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Ensure strong brand positioning in both domestic and international markets.
Drive operational efficiency , ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise management , preferably in the organic, FMCG, or retail sector.
Strong knowledge of corporate gifting, exports, and franchise business models .
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to develop and execute scalable sales strategies .
Passion for organic products, sustainability, and social enterprises .
Willingness to travel as needed for business expansion.
