Job Description Job Description: Sales Development Intern Company: Focus Realm Location: Remote Type: Unpaid Internship (3-Month Duration) Compensation: Commission-Based (10-16% of profit on closed deals) About Us Focus Realm is a next-generation learning technology company on a mission to redefine how organizations empower their people. We build bespoke, intuitive learning ecosystems for the hospitality and education sectors, replacing cluttered, one-size-fits-all platforms with solutions that are beautiful, intelligent, and purpose-built. The Role This is not a typical internship. We are looking for highly ambitious and results-driven Sales Development Interns to build our sales pipeline from the ground up. You will be on the front lines of our growth, identifying and engaging potential clients across our three core markets. This is an entrepreneurial role for a self-starter who wants to gain real-world sales experience and has the drive to close deals and earn significant commissions. - What You'll DoLead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify high-potential leads in our key markets: - Schools & Colleges - Hotels & Corporate Trainers - Clients for our Micro-Services - Cold Outreach: Initiate contact and build relationships with key decision-makers through professional and persistent outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels. - Pipeline Management: Own your sales pipeline from initial contact to scheduling demos for the founding team. - Deal Closing: Actively participate in the sales process with the opportunity to assist in closing deals and directly impact the company's revenue. - Who You AreCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate or Master's program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Highly motivated, resilient, and not afraid of rejection. You see no as an opportunity to learn. - An exceptional communicator, with sharp written and verbal skills. - A natural hustler, driven by goals and performance metrics. - Organized and able to manage your time and pipeline effectively. - Previous experience in sales or lead generation is a plus, but a powerful drive to succeed is essential. - What We OfferHigh Earning Potential: This is an unpaid internship, but you will earn a competitive commission of 10% - 16%of the profit on every deal that you help close. There is no cap on your potential earnings. - Invaluable Sales Experience: You won't be making coffee or copies. You will be building a real sales pipeline, learning from your successes and failures, and gaining the kind of hands-on experience that sets you up for a successful career in sales or business development. - Direct Mentorship: You will work directly with and be mentored by the founding team. - Certificate & Recommendation: Upon successful completion of the internship, you will receive a certificate and a strong letter of recommendation based on your performance.
