? Role Overview:

As a Senior Manager - Employee Relations, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee satisfaction, engagement, and organizational culture through strategic initiatives and hands-on management of employee relations. Join a dynamic team where innovative HR practices are at the forefront of building an engaged workforce and performance excellence.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive employee engagement initiatives across the organization.
- Own and execute projects related to Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Manage rewards & recognition, performance management, and attrition management.
- Foster employee satisfaction through various initiatives and support activities.
- Resolve conflict situations effectively and maintain positive relationships across teams.
- Conduct investigations and drive resolutions with a focus on fairness and consistency.
- Collaborate with leadership at multiple levels to maintain a positive workplace environment.

? What You Need to Succeed:

- Experience: 13+ years in HRBP or fields like Employee Relations, Talent Engagement, Talent Management, People & Culture.
- Proven track record of handling conflict management, grievance management, and performance management.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Interpersonal skills to engage with leadership across all levels.
- High energy, passion, and a results-driven mindset.
- Behavioral Qualities: Integrity, active listening, influence, and persuasion skills.

? Qualifications:

- Preferred: MBA/MSW in HR, PGDM (Specialization in HR).
- Shift: 5 PM - 2 AM (Night Shift).
