Job Description

Our client is a global digital transformation leader operating across Asia, the Middle East, and emerging markets, helping enterprises unlock growth through data, AI and digital commerce solutions. The team partner with leading companies across CPG, retail, automotive, industrial, and consumer-tech sectors, delivering measurable impact in revenue acceleration, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. With a focus on consultative enterprise sales and AI-driven transformation, they are scaling India presence and building out a high-impact leadership team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Own the India sales strategy and revenue charter, reporting into regional/global leadership.
- Drive enterprise client acquisition across CPG, retail, BFSI, automotive, and industrial verticals.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team; instill a culture of accountability and growth.
- Build and strengthen CXO-level relationships, positioning integrated data, AI & commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery, product, and marketing teams to design tailored GTM approaches.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise deal cycles, from prospecting through negotiation and closure.

Candidate Background:

- Tier 1 MBA with 12 to 15 years in enterprise/solution sales within SaaS, analytics or consulting.
- Proven track record of closing large deals (1 Mn USD) and scaling revenue in CPG, automotive, or industrial verticals in India.
- Strong client network with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, in global/matrix environments.
