Job Profile: Head Fleet Sales.Experience: 10+ Years in Sales (Fleet Management, Commercial Sales, or Community-Based Business Development).Location: Bangalore.Job Summary:We are seeking a Fleet Sales Head to lead our fleet-focused sales operations and accelerate the adoption of our EV charging solutions across India.This role will be responsible for building and scaling relationships with commercial fleet operators, logistics firms, ride-hailing platforms, and enterprise vehicle users.The ideal candidate will bring deep industry experience, a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, and strong knowledge of EV infrastructure, with the ability to drive end-to-end customer success.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting commercial fleets, logistics providers, corporate mobility partners, ride-hailing companies, and government transport bodies.- Identify high-value partnerships and drive enterprise sales for both hardware and software EV charging solutions tailored to fleet operations.- Lead the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation, pitch, proposal, and negotiation to contract finalization and onboarding.- Customize EV charging solutions based on operational models such as subscription, usage-based billing, or managed services.- Build and lead a high-performing fleet sales team, including hiring, mentoring, and tracking performance through clear KPIs and sales targets.- Maintain and grow key client relationships, acting as the primary escalation point and ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and policy developments to refine the go-to-market strategy and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.- Represent the company in external forums, events, and client meetings to strengthen brand positioning within the fleet electrification space.Qualifications & Experience:- 10+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on fleet sales, enterprise partnerships, logistics, or commercial vehicle services.- Prior experience in EV infrastructure, clean energy, mobility tech, or software-hardware integrated solutions is highly preferred.- Familiarity with fleet electrification trends, charging infrastructure, leasing models, and government EV incentives (e.g., FAME II).Key Skills & Attributes:- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.- Highly customer-focused, with a passion for innovation and clean mobility.- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and enterprise account management.Why Join Us?- Be at the forefront of Indias EV revolution, leading one of the most impactful verticals.- Collaborate with visionary leadership and a fast-growing team.- Competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and career growth in a purpose-driven company.
