About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Leader to drive our IT Services sales across India, with a strategic focus on selling to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in major metro cities.This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building CXO-level relationships, closing complex deals, and growing enterprise accounts. If you've got a strong foothold in the India market and a passion for solution-selling, we want to hear from you.Job Title: Sales Head – GCCLocation: BangaloreExperience: 15–20 YearsIndustry: IT Services & ConsultingKey ResponsibilitiesDrive new business opportunities and expand presence in India, especially within GCCs.Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders.Own and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.Work closely with offshore delivery teams to ensure high-quality, timely project execution.Formulate and execute strategic account development and growth plans.Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and profitability targets.Keep a sharp eye on market trends, client needs, and competitive offerings.Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.Key Requirements10–20 years of experience in selling IT services, with proven success in India/APAC markets.Deep understanding of GCC ecosystem in India and enterprise IT buying behavior.Demonstrated ability to craft and sell tailored IT solutions at a strategic level.Experience managing large accounts and navigating complex deal structures.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Hands-on experience with offshore delivery models.Prior exposure to India/UAE/Australia/Singapore markets is a strong plus.Track record of leading and mentoring sales teams is preferred.Educational QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.MBA is an added advantage.Please do share your latest profile to with the following details.Current CTC :-Expected CTC :-Minimum Notice period :-RegardsTeam TA
