Company Name - Surana Group Company Website - https thesuranagroup com Job Title Accounts Head Experience Required Minimum 3 Years Industry Real Estate Location Piplod - Dumas Road Surat Qualification Postgraduate M Com MBA in Finance or equivalent We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Head with at least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance specifically in the real estate sector The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally GST TDS and accounts finalization The position requires a strong understanding of financial regulations compliance and day-to-day accounting operations Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reportingFinalization of accounts and preparation of financial statementsHandle GST return filings reconciliations and ensure complianceManage TDS deductions payments and quarterly returnsMaintain and monitor all accounting records in Tally ERPCoordinate with auditors tax consultants and regulatory authoritiesEnsure timely completion of internal audits and statutory compliancesBudget planning cash flow management and cost control analysisLead and mentor junior accounting staffRequirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting preferably in the real estate industryStrong knowledge of GST TDS Tally ERP and accounts finalizationMust hold a Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Finance M Com MBA Excellent analytical problem-solving and leadership skillsFamiliarity with real estate financial norms and project accountingWorking Days Monday to Saturday Location On-site Piplod Dumas Road Surat
