Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finished Goods Head (FG Head) to lead the finished goods department at our jewellery manufacturing unit. The role involves overseeing inventory management, certification, shipment, dispatch, and repair processes while ensuring accuracy in GATI Jewellery ERP. The ideal candidate will have hands-on jewellery industry experience, ERP expertise, and strong leadership skills to manage a team and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management
• Supervise finished goods (jewellery) stock – receiving, storing, issuing, dispatching.
• Ensure daily reconciliation between GATI Jewellery ERP software and physical stock.

• Authorize and verify sales memos, returns, job-work challans, repair orders.

• Order & Repair Management

• Generate and process sales orders (wholesale, export, retail) in GATI.

• Create and monitor repair bags, ensure safe transfer to production and receipt back.

• Certification & Hallmarking

• Coordinate with BIS hallmarking centers and certification labs (IGI, SGL, GIA, etc.).

• Ensure 100% certified and hallmarked jewellery before dispatch.

• Shipment & Dispatch

• Manage jewellery shipment through courier, logistics, and secure transport partners.
• Oversee pickup, documentation, insurance, tracking, and safe delivery.
• Handle exhibition dispatch & pickup, including documentation, challans, and post-event reconciliation.

• Supervise packaging of goods as per company standards for safety, branding, and compliance.

• Team Leadership

• Lead the FG Department team (stock keeper, packers, ERP operators, repair handler).
• Train team members on GATI ERP, packaging, certification, and dispatch protocols.

• Maintain discipline, accountability, and timely reporting within the department.

• MIS & Reporting

• Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock valuation reports (gold, diamond, gemstones, lab-grown).
• Report on fast-moving vs. slow-moving designs.
• Submit dispatch reports, shipment logs, repair bag status, and certification status to management.

Requirements

• Graduate (B. Com / BBA / MBA preferred).
• Hands-on experience with GATI Jewellery ERP software (mandatory).
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
• 3–5 years' prior experience in jewellery stock, dispatch, or logistics handling.
• Knowledge of hallmarking & certification process (BIS + international labs).
• Exposure to courier/logistics coordination for jewellery shipment.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
