Job Title: Sales Co-Ordinator cum Account Executive

Location: RJD Textile Park, Ichchhapor

We are looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator cum Account Executive to manage order processing, billing, invoicing, receivables, and client communication. The role involves close coordination with Sales, Accounts, Finished Goods (FG), and Production teams to ensure seamless order execution, accurate financial records, and timely client service. The ideal candidate will have jewellery industry experience, ERP expertise, and strong client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

Sales & Billing Operations

  • Process orders, invoices (sales/proforma), memos, and billing entries in GATI Jewellery ERP.
  • Coordinate with FG Head for stock allocation, dispatch scheduling, and dispatch documentation.
  • Maintain sales ledger, outstanding receivables, and follow up with clients for timely collections.

Client Coordination & Service

  • Share albums, catalogues, and quotations with clients.
  • Provide dispatch timelines and update clients on shipment status.
  • Discuss jewellery repair orders with clients and coordinate internally for execution.
  • Provide updates on jewellery under production to clients.
  • Respond quickly to client queries on stock, pricing, delivery, and repairs.

Product & Compliance Knowledge

  • Possess basic knowledge of diamonds (shapes, 4Cs, qualities) to answer client-level queries.
  • Awareness of certification processes (IGI, GIA, SGL, etc.) and explaining reports to clients.
  • Basic understanding of hallmarking procedures for gold jewellery (BIS guidelines, HUID).

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare Excel reports (sales pipeline, customer balances, outstanding aging).
  • Maintain order pipeline tracker for sales head review.
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Accounts, FG, and Production teams.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration (preferred).
  • Mandatory experience with GATI Jewellery ERP (Sales & Billing Module).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, outstanding aging reports, customer statements).
  • 2–4 years' experience in sales coordination/accounts within the jewellery industry.
  • Good interpersonal & client communication skills.
  • Basic product knowledge of diamonds, jewellery certifications, and hallmarking.
  • Languages: Fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
