Job Title Accountant Experience Required Minimum 1 Years Industry Real Estate Location Adajan Vesu Qualification Postgraduate M com We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Head with at least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance specifically in the real estate sector The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally GST TDS and accounts finalization The position requires a strong understanding of financial regulations compliance and day-to-day accounting operations Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements Handle GST return filings reconciliations and ensure compliance Manage TDS deductions payments and quarterly returns Maintain and monitor all accounting records in Tally ERP Coordinate with auditors tax consultants and regulatory authorities Ensure timely completion of internal audits and statutory compliances Budget planning cash flow management and cost control analysis Lead and mentor junior accounting staff Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting preferably in the real estate industry Strong knowledge of GST TDS Tally ERP and accounts finalization Must hold a Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Finance M com Excellent analytical problem-solving and leadership skills Familiarity with real estate financial norms and project accounting Working Days Monday to Saturday Location On-site - Piplod Dumas Road Surat
