JOB TITLE/ POSITION Sales Manager REPORTING TO CEO LOCATION Bangalore JOB PURPOSE This position will be responsible for the sales effort, acquiring new accounts and achieving revenue plan from new accounts in Bangalore. CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES - Client Acquisition: Achieving revenue targets through customer acquisition in the B2B sales. - Account Management: Achieve account revenue/learner number targets. Meet relevant departments inside the Company, across its various Units and Branches and increase coverage. - Cross Functional Engagement: Work closely the CEO and Kitchen Staff to ensure new products are positioned effectively in the accounts. KEY SUCCESS FACTORs (How will success in the position be measured?) - Business Revenues versus Targets - Client Acquisition Targets - Customer Satisfaction - Customer Engagement Depth - Competition Understanding and Mapping. WORK RELATIONS - Admin and Finance Heads of target organizations. - CEO in Hallimane - Support Functions (Kitchen, Transport, Finance) in Hallimane Qualification and Experience - Graduate from a recognised College. MBA is preferred but not mandatory - 7-8 plus years of experience in B2B Solution/Product Sales. - Experience in Restaurant, Catering, Food industry will be an advantage - Demonstrated Track record in meeting and exceeding targets consistently
