S No Accountabilities Responsibilities Control Point 1 Provide inputs for Annual HR Budget Manpower Planning for Bhiwadi Track review the expenses and analyze reasons for variance Collate budget inputs for preparing the HR Budget and share with BHR Assist BHR with MIS Feedback and Inputs for finalization of the HR Annual Plan Manpower and HR Budget adherence 2 NMS training needs analysis and delivery of programs Identify training needs in consultation with functional heads Identify relevant training programs and trainers in consultation with the functional head BHR Preparation implementation of training plan Monitoring tracking the effectiveness Compliance of training calendar for NMS 3 HR Projects Themes Contribute as a member to assigned corporate or business initiatives Leading one HR project specific to the needs of Bhiwadi Compliance to target for assigned project 4 Employee Communication To organize timely team communication sessions with Functional Leaders Organize communication sessions -HR Sessions to promote trust clarity and healthy culture Create awareness among employees about HR policies systems for effective deployment implementation Resolves or recommend a way forward for conflicts or complaints in team EES Score 5 To facilitate Performance Management System for NMS across the CTG location Gurgaon Bhiwadi Chennai To facilitate process heads for the appraisal cycle To assist HR Head in recommendation of salary revisions after benchmarking To assist HR Head BLT for decisions related to appraisals Timely Error free completion of NMS Appraisal 6 MIS and HR Analytics report Analyze various HR parameters provide inputs to the HR head for decision making MIS by 07th of every month 7 Timely processing of monthly payroll To ensure timely release of salary inputs to payroll To ensure smooth function of the attendance system Number of errors in monthly Payroll 8 Contractual manpower management To identify contractors and ensure quality supply of contractual manpower in R D Pilot To guide and counsel the contractual manpower in terms of their conduct values behavior Timely availability of manpower 9 Enhance engagement through various engagement recreation activities for Officers NMS To conceptualize Plan organize recreation activities with the involvement of the recreation team To guide involve the recreation committee to organize events To organize celebrations Compliance to event calendar 10 To ensure compliance of HR processes as per plan Induction Orientation Confirmation Process Exit Management Manage the statutory compliances related to each location Number of non-compliance in HR Processes 11 Other welfare admin activities Ensure the management effectiveness of Administrative requirements Enhance people participation through committees Number of issues resolved
