Job Description:

Role: As the RevOps Manager at WizCommerce, you will be the backbone of our GTM engine—owning the strategy, systems, and processes that power scalable and efficient Sales and Marketing execution. You will manage our CRM (HubSpot), streamline lead distribution, implement automation across inbound and outbound workflows, and build reporting infrastructure that drives data-backed decision-making. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You'll partner with leadership to align on pipeline goals, deploy AI-powered automation, and ensure that every lead, opportunity, and dollar of revenue is tracked with precision.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain lead lists; oversee CRM hygiene and ensure high-quality data enrichment.
- Partner with the LDR/SDR team to design and implement fair, automated lead distribution workflows.
- Own and continuously improve the Sales & Marketing tech stack—CRM, automation, attribution, enrichment, and reporting.
- Implement SLA-driven workflows for timely lead follow-ups and accountability across the funnel.
- Deploy automation initiatives across inbound and outbound channels, including lead scoring, routing, segmentation, and nurture programs.
- Enable SDRs with automated, high-quality lead lists for efficient outbound prospecting.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track funnel health, attribution, pipeline coverage, and ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing leadership to align on GTM strategy and revenue goals.
- Drive adoption of AI/LLM-based tools to improve efficiency and unlock new workflows in RevOps.
- Ensure data governance, compliance, and security across all GTM systems.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in RevOps function in a B2B SaaS industry is mandatory
- Curiosity and practical knowledge of LLMs / AI agents, with ability to apply them in workflows.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and advanced spreadsheets.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable building processes from scratch.
