Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager with a strong background in GTM tools and a proven track record in product management. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of overall work experience, including at least 2 years in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Consultant role within Salesforce. While this is not a Salesforce-specific role, experience with Salesforce is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for GTM tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Engineering, to identify and prioritize product requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements and user stories.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
  • Optimize workflows and integrations between GTM tools, including CRM, analytics, automation, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Leverage data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements and measure the impact of product initiatives.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities and best practices, ensuring seamless integration and process efficiency.
  • Develop a strong understanding of task management systems, PSA tools, and discovery tools to enhance GTM workflows and team efficiency.

Skills and Experience

  • 4-6 years of overall work experience, with at least 2 years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Consultant in Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies and the technology stack supporting sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules) is required.
  • Proven ability to define, execute, and deliver successful product roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in agile product development environments.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement, automation tools, and RevOps technologies is a plus.
  • Good understanding of task management systems, PSA tools, and discovery tools.
