We are seeking a Lead Delivery Quality-Coding professional to oversee the quality assurance processes for our software delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong coding background and a passion for ensuring high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

- Lead the quality assurance process for coding activities across various projects.
- Develop and implement quality metrics and standards for software delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is embedded in the development process.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to software quality and delivery timelines.
- Train and mentor junior team members on best coding practices and quality assurance techniques.
- Continuously improve the quality assurance processes and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-12 years of experience in software quality assurance and coding standards.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
