We are looking for a skilled professional with 5-8 years of experience to lead our delivery quality team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management services and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead the delivery quality team to ensure high-quality services are provided to clients.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members on quality control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management services or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
