Job Title- Delivery Lead - IT Project Management

3. What We are Looking for Core Strengths:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills along with Handling US Clients or Projects
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure

  • Must be a Client Harmony Specialist with a go-getter attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

4. Functional & Technical Expertise:
•

  • 5 to 8 years of experience into End to End project management, preferably in Products like P2P, O2C, Spend Management, Procurement, S2P Solutions implementations into US Market.
  • Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process Cycle.
  • Ability to coordinate with functional and technical teams, and manage stakeholders effectively

5.What You will do :

  • Lead and manage projects across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Act as the bridge between business teams, functional consultants, and development teams
  • Drive planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation or rollout projects
  • Ensure business requirements are gathered, documented, and translated into actionable plans
  • Track and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies and Resource management.
  • Conduct project reviews, stakeholder updates, and post-go-live support

  • Ensure adherence to SmartDocs delivery standards and project governance processes
