Senior Business Development Executive - IT Services Mobile Development Projects Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to join our IT services company focusing on mobile application development projects The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth generating leads and closing deals in the IT services domain This role demands strong interpersonal skills an understanding of mobile development trends and the ability to establish long-term client relationships Key Responsibilities Business Development Strategy Identify and target potential clients for mobile development projects across various industries Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets Analyze market trends and client requirements to identify new business opportunities Lead Generation Client Acquisition Generate high-quality leads through networking referrals and online offline channels Conduct research to understand prospective clients business needs and challenges Proactively engage with leads to qualify opportunities and drive them through the sales funnel Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing insights on mobile development solutions that align with their business goals Proposal Contract Management Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and RFP responses Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while meeting client expectations Collaboration with Internal Teams Work closely with the mobile development and technical teams to align client requirements with project deliverables Ensure seamless communication and coordination between clients and internal teams Market Research Competitor Analysis Stay updated on mobile app development trends tools and technologies Monitor competitor activities to refine sales strategies and positioning Reporting Metrics Track and report on sales performance pipeline status and other KPIs Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing IT or related fields 2 years of proven experience in business development sales or account management in the IT services sector specifically mobile app development Strong understanding of mobile development technologies platforms iOS Android Flutter React Native and trends Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders Goal-oriented self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software Preferred Skills Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies in mobile development projects Knowledge of software development lifecycle SDLC for mobile applications Established network of contacts in industries requiring mobile solutions Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunities for career growth and professional development Flexible working hours and supportive work culture Exposure to cutting-edge mobile technologies and projects Location Jagatpur Ahmedabad Time 10 to 7 Experince 2 year IT Service Compnay Salary 35k to 50k Five Day working Join our team to shape the future of mobile solutions and drive impactful business growth
