Organisation One of the leading manufacturer and exporter of Industrial oils Role Head Corporate Security Location Mumbai Experience 8- 10 Years Job Responsibilities Security Strategy Planning Develop and implement extensive security plans policies and procedures to protect personnel assets and information across all corporate facilities Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement Stay informed about the latest security technologies trends and regulatory requirements and make recommendations for enhancements to the security program Team Leadership Management Lead train and supervise a team of security personnel ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement within the security team Conduct performance evaluations and implement professional development programs for security staff Operational Security Management Manage access control systems surveillance equipment and other security technologies to ensure proper functioning and effectiveness Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures Investigate security breaches incidents and violations document findings and implement corrective actions Collaboration Compliance Collaborate with internal departments such as human resources and IT to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards Maintain strong relationships with external partners such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors to enhance security capabilities Educate employees on security awareness policies and procedures through training programs and communication initiatives Technical Skills Extensive knowledge of security systems technologies and best practices Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and threat analysis Experience with access control systems CCTV surveillance and security management software Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and industry standards Core Competencies Excellent leadership and team management abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
