Job Description Sponsorship & Partnerships Executive The Capital Run - Powered by Utho Location: Noida Sector 142 (Officebased) Engagement: Project role till marathon completion The Capital Run is New Delhi's new marathon property, uniting fitness, innovation and greener miles. We are looking for aSponsorship & Partnerships Executiveto drive sponsorship sales and connect with running communities. Key Responsibilities : - Build and maintain a database of potential sponsors across sectors (BFSI, tech, fitness, F&B, startups, NGOs, media, etc.). - Make daily outbound calls and emails to brands, agencies and running groups from the office. - Pitch sponsorship packages and custom partnerships using the event deck; schedule and attend meetings. - Reach out to running clubs, fitness studios and corporate wellness teams to drive bulk registrations and partnerships. - Create and manage Excel/Google Sheets trackers for leads, calls, meetings, proposals and conversions. - Coordinate with the core team for MOUs, invoices, logo/creative collection and deliverables. - Share Daily & Weekly reports on outreach numbers and revenue pipelines. Requirements : - Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales / business development / sponsorships / partnerships. - Prior events / sports / marathon / expo experience is a strong advantage. - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; confident on phone and in meetings. - Good command of Excel / Google Sheets and basic documentation. Targetoriented, disciplined, - comfortable working fulltime from office on a projectbased engagement till the marathon ends.
