Job Description

At Lagrange Point: Youll join a fast growing executive search firm and be a part of building the Enterprise Technology practise. As a consultant, you will be driving business for the organization as well as built network with senior technology professionals and advice them on their next career move.

You will be responsible for:

1. Business Development : Deepen relationships with existing clients & onboard new clients by leveraging on market insights and commercial intelligence.

2. Talent Advisory : Advise clients on the best talent acquisition strategies and solutions and provide holistic solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

3. Stakeholder Management : Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives (CTO, VP, Director etc.), understanding business drivers and providing consultative hiring advice.

4. Building Network: You will connect with senior technology leaders to build a strong network of potential candidates as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications:

1. Tier 1 MBA with 1 to 4 years&apos experience working in a sales or a client facing role

2. Prior experience in enterprise sales (B2B sales) will be preferred

3. If you are a customer-centric professional with a bias for action and strong track record of success in academics (MBA), performing arts or sports (National/International) and want to be part of fast-growing executive search firm, we will be keen to have an interaction with you.
