About the Opportunity Job Type Permanent Application Deadline 21 December 2025 Title Assistant Manager - GC Systems Functional Admin Department General Counsel Shared Services Location India Reports To Senior Manager GC Systems Functional Admin Level Grade 4 We re proud to have been helping our clients build better financial futures for over 50 years How have we achieved this By working together - and supporting each other - all over the world So join our General Counsel Shared Services team and feel like you re part of something bigger About your team General Counsel GC is a trusted advisor to all parts of Fidelity International Limited FIL providing high-value independent advisory and assurance expertise through our specialist teams GC comprises of Legal Risk Compliance Tax and Public Policy Strategic Relationship Management GC Shared Services function GCSS is a global centre of expertise currently in Dalian and India providing operational support and services to the General Counsel function GCSS Functional administration team FA team provides first line business support manage the functional administration activities for various GC owned systems About your role Join the GCSS Functional Admin Team to play a pivotal role in functional administration and systems support for GC-owned technology platforms This dynamic techno-functional role combines technical expertise providing first-line support for cloud-based SaaS systems and internally built AI ML-enabled systems with deep functional knowledge in Risk Management Compliance and Audit issue management Responsibilities include supporting internal business users by resolving queries fulfilling work requests managing access and functional data elements and performing periodic maintenance You ll collaborate closely with product owners business teams vendors and internal technology teams to drive daily priorities Beyond day-to-day administration you ll contribute in standard platform changes by resetting configurations applying changes via admin consoles conducting UAT and performing production health checks Key responsibilities Provide user support and resolve issues for GC-owned technology platforms Collaborate with the Product Owners Vendors and internal technology teams Implement changes perform UAT for vendor and tech updates and conduct system health checks Manage access provisioning with a strong focus on system and license utilization Engage with stakeholders to offer guidance and system support Learn and contribute to other GC systems managed by the Functional Admin team Deliver governance oversight and execution of functional admin tasks Skillsets required About 7 years of experience working with systems support business analysis or in change management collaborating closely with both business and technology teams having the following skillsets Technical high level understanding of large IT systems including Cloud SAS or on-prem systems Functional and business mindset with the ability to learn Risk and Compliance domains coupled with excellent communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement Collaborative team player with exceptional stakeholder management capabilities while being proactive self-motivated goal-oriented adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous environments Feel rewarded For starters we ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package We ll value your wellbeing and support your development And we ll be as flexible as we can about where and when you work - finding a balance that works for all of us It s all part of our commitment to making you feel motivated by the work you do and happy to be part of our team For more about our work our approach to dynamic working and how you could build your future here visit careers fidelityinternational com
