Zeelab Pharmacy Pvt Ltd We are a growing retail pharmacy chain focused on delivering quality healthcare solutions and exceptional customer service With a vision to expand across country On mission to open 1000 retail pharmacy of high-quality generic medicine on very affordable prices Position Business Development Manager Location Muzaffarnagar Patna Cuttack Howrah Hooghly Gurugram Kanpur Key Responsibilities Identify new store locations and coordination with property owners Oversee the operations of assigned retail pharmacy outlets ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards Lead guide and motivate store managers and staff to achieve sales targets and operational excellence Conduct market research and feasibility studies Negotiate leasing or acquisition deals for new stores Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and suppliers Develop and implement strategic growth plans Monitor KPIs and ROI for newly established locations Requirements 5 years plus Proven experience in business development preferably in retail pharmacy or healthcare Strong knowledge of local regulations and pharmacy market trends Excellent negotiation communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Job Type Full-time Pay 15 060 93 - 50 000 00 per month License Certification Pharmacist License Preferred Work Location In person
